I truly hope this year is off to a beautiful start for each of you. I want to sincerely apologize for my delayed responses to your emails and messages over the last couple of months. I never intended to leave you hanging, and I genuinely appreciate your understanding during this busy time in my life. I've been juggling my office job at another company for the past 2-3 years, which has made it challenging to keep up with everything here.
The good news is that today marks a new chapter for Creepillusion, as I’m finally able to dedicate my full attention to it. You can expect to see me more actively engaging on social media from now on.
I want to reassure you that as a small business run by one person, I’m doing my very best to handle everything. If you haven’t received your package yet or if a tracking number isn’t functioning properly, please don’t worry. I’m fully committed to resolving any issues, and I promise your package will reach you soon.
I did encounter some setbacks with the previous printer, who unfortunately sent a batch of misprinted items after a long wait, which means several t-shirts are being returned for correction. However, I’m relieved to share that I've found a new printing shop, and everything is progressing well now.
Please give me more time to reply to all your questions via email because I missed a lot and I need to catch up very soon.
